Stephanie Tufts Stein
Real estate has been part of Stephanie Tufts Stein’s life for as long as she can remember. She moved to Northeast Florida in 2007 to help her dad launch a Keller Williams office in Jacksonville Beach, but long before that, she was already in the business. Stephanie started working on her parents’ real estate team in Atlanta at just ten years old, licking envelopes, turning on lights, and making beds for showings. She may not have known it then, but real estate was clearly in her future.
After graduating from the University of North Florida, Stephanie became a licensed Realtor in the spring of 2016. Since then, she’s helped hundreds of clients buy, sell, and invest in real estate across a wide range of markets, price points, and property types from residential to commercial.
What Stephanie loves most about this business is that no two deals (or clients!) are ever the same. Every buyer and seller has unique goals, needs, and dreams, and she’s passionate about helping her clients navigate the process with confidence and clarity. She can’t wait to get to know you and help you reach your real estate goals!
When she’s not working, you’ll find Stephanie spending time with her husband Kurt and their daughter, Hampton. They enjoy traveling, time with family, going to the beach and golf carting around town.

Meet Amy
Amy has been our transaction coordinator since 2019 and brings a strong background in title, which makes her incredibly knowledgeable about every step of the closing process. Amy works closely with agents, lenders, vendors, and title companies to keep everything moving smoothly and on track.
She’s the behind-the-scenes powerhouse, always at her computer during the day and often able to answer questions even faster than I can. We’re truly in great hands with Amy on our side.
